Re: 15 Minute Horror Script Wanted.

Hi, I have a bucketful of short film and radio scripts left over from a TV series I put together called Peek-A-Boo (a short ghost / horror sketch programme). These vary from monologues to full cast multi-location, and from low to high budget. They include stories that are moving, creepy, funny, socially challenging, spine chillers, and just plain nasty. There's one that fits your requirements perfectly, The Long Kiss Goodbye. Set in a small flat, a loving husband waits for his unfaithful wife to return after a late night. She arrives to tell him she's leaving. He begs for one last kiss. She reluctantly agrees. She smears her lips with lip gloss then turns to kiss him. They kiss. He has smeared his lips with superglue.

Contact me if you want more examples.

Best,

David

The Nu You, 12 pages.

"A homely young woman is ready to pay any price to be taller, thinner and more attractive."

A dark cautionary tale of vanity and pursuit of physical perfection gone horribly wrong. Showcased in Shootin The Shorts. Coverage and review available.

(2) actors, limited locations, minimal set, some photoshopped images, no FX.

Ouija 'Bored'

A horror novelist is hit point blank by writer's block. His real ghosts refuse to write until his wife gets rid of her new Ouija board so the spirits can rest.

My bizarre, mystery short "The Apartment" is very Hitchcockesque and takes place in only one location, an apartment.

Logline: A technology obsessed couple show up to their sublet in a new city, but soon notice that something about the apartment is terribly off - putting.

Paul and Shirley Watanabe arrive at their destination, an immaculate apartment tucked away in the surly infamy of Los Angeles. Upon their entry, they are astonished to find the furniture beautifully deceased and everything lock, stock and consummately matched, like a detached catalog. Soon, corporate labels take over all the devices in the apartment, pushing them into a psychosis of containment when they fail to escape, never realizing that their unwillingness to really connect is the reason they might have to bathe in the harsh whirlpool of consumerism forever.

Number of pages: 11 pages

Actor requirements (with descriptions): Male (20's - 40's), Female (20's - 40's), two secondary characters - any age.

Please let me know if you would like to read the completed script.
