"Don't Abduct The Rednecks"

This is a "Last Starfighter" meets "Dumb and Dumber"

A couple of guys, one loud and obnoxious and the other shy, are abducted from their Midwestern trailer after a night of playing the new video game, Starblazer X, sent by the aliens themselves to see who can fly their newest fighter craft. All is quiet in the galaxy until the rednecks offend the rival aliens and set a war in motion only to eventually save the universe with some down home skills… If they don’t get killed by their host alien first.

It's funny how you never, ever get a response on this site. Even a simple question like "how do I submit" typically goes unanswered.

These seem to be good leads and ive submitted multiple replies but it's frustrating because you can never submit material directly and theres no contact info for these companies.

Is this a true waste of time?

Ed, there are plenty of posts here where the producer leaves contact info.

You pick and choose. If you don't want to post to a lead where there is no contact info then that is up to you. The producers contact whom they wish. Even in the posts where they leave contact info they say they get a ton of responses and can't respond to everybody and that it may take 6 weeks.

We have had threads here before asking for success stories and people say they have made good contacts with producers and it may not have even been the producer that was seeking.

This website has a lot more lurkers than posters and plenty are producers that may contact you if they are interested. There are reasons that they want to remain anonymous. They don't want the "whole wide world" knowing they are seeking material.
