Re: $3,000 For Family & Kids Script

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
As requested, here comes the one-page content:
Pilot Film Logline and Details
Film Name: Timber Tee’s Golf Adventures
Pilot Title: New Friends
Running time: Approx. 60 minutes (expandable to 75 – 90 minutes running time, if needed)
Genre: Fantasy Theme / Coming-of-Age, Children’s and youth literature
Style: Imaginatively multi-layered storyline, written according to the 3-act / 8-sequence model
Budget: Approx. US$9.6 million (+-10%) (depending in the realistic realization of the animations)

Pitchline
The pilot film features 15-year-old Seminole Indian Chase Cameron and 8-year-old brother Timmy, their daily problems at school and at home, Chases’ dealing with the invidious sport of Golf and his task to get a charm annulled, laying on the mystical inheritage of his family.

Logline
The Cameron family is constrained to a certain destiny. Chase, the 15-year-old first-born, has no clue that he is the heir of an exceptional heritage that will change their life completely. He and his little brother Timmy (boy, 8 years) are called to solve everyday problems in an intertwined task: Their father is an alcoholic, Chase has just made his first bad experience when falling in love, he discovers his own identity, hears voices in his head, has visions that become true shortly thereafter – and shall now fulfil an unsolvable condition of prophecy on top, so that a charm can free his ‘very special’ heritage from its utter passivity lying on it.

The precondition sounds simple: He just needs to hit a Golf ball. Where’s the problem? Chase hates Golf! To solve this problem, he just needs to fall in love with a girl that shares his love honestly. That would have been a piece of cake, if he hadn’t experienced this disaster with JESSICA ‘JESSIE’ FORRESTER (girl, 15 years), a classmate.

Love is the key that would help Chase overcome the unspeakable curse that MATAUROC (man, ruler at Hades) imposed upon him and all his first-born ancestors’ centuries ago. This curse indoctrinates them to hate the Golf sport. The implication is that Chases’ heritage, an age-old Golf bag with clubs is, in fact, a rescue team that comes to real life when the current heir plays voluntarily Golf! These ‘animated beings’ are able to liberate CALATIN (man, greatest Celtic Druid and Magician) together with five MOLEDEVYLS, Calatin’s former acoluthes, who are cursed since the early Middle Ages just like him. As long as the current first-born hates Golf, neither the heritage with the IMMOTUS charm nor Calatin himself can be freed.
The bottom-line: Without his basic willingness to possibly fall in love -> No girlfriend -> Without a girlfriend -> Golf remains the hated sport! -> And the liberation of Calatin will remain unsolved.

We hope to have acted according to your strict terms and that we will get your editors with this unusual story mesmerized and in the boat!

With kind Regards,

Klaus P. Guenther

Re: $3,000 For Family & Kids Script

I wrote a kids Hip Hop based TV show a few years ago I have the pilot and a bible with 13 episodes planned out -

Title: Swag On Max

Logline: A 14 year old rapper from New York’s urban jungle is forced to move with his family to the rural rolling hills of Wyoming.

The Show: ‘Swag On Max’ is a thirty minute Children’s Television show for age range 12-16. Think of a down-home 'Fresh Prince of Bel Air meets iCarly'; the show is about fourteen year old Youtube rap sensation Max Swagga. Tiring of New York and fearful for Max’s future in the urban city, his Mom moves him to a rural country setting. Max becomes a fish out of water, everyday he is challenged to maintain his cool rap street cred in a place where nobody cares about Hip Hop.
The show is character driven, funny and colorful with a Hip Hop inspired performance in every episode. Each episode also has an educational aspect for example; Bullying, Acceptance, Obesity.

I'm a former music journalist living in Los Angeles, worked with DMC of Run DMC on developing a TV show.

“IPO”

Tagline: The kids beat the market, but can they beat the FBI and a killer broker?

Logline: Dramedy about two teens, their baby sister and their recently deceased mother who grants the baby the power to predict the stock market, but only if the kids use their winnings to help others.

Teaser Synopsis: Thanks to their late mother’s gift from the grave, a group of kids make a fortune from psychically predicting stock market results.

After an understandable spending spree on themselves, the kids honor their mother’s wishes by using their newfound wealth to help others. But their good intentions attract the attention of the FBI and a crazed stock broker who’s willing to make a killing on the market, and the kids are the ones he’s willing to kill if they don’t give him the secret of beating Wall Street.

Guided by their mother’s ghostly advice and love, they struggle to avoid both government and private pursuers while using their powers for good – and the occasional new outfit and widescreen TV, with every trade threatening to be their last.
