Re: Producer/Director looking for screenplay for studio production

Dear producer,

I have written a thriller feature 'Four Senses' which I believe is marketable and can be made within the budget you mentioned.

Title: Four Senses

Logline: Soon after he loses his hearing ability a young man finds out that his wife has been abducted from the house and decides to search for her by using his other four senses effectively.

Four Senses’ is written along the lines of films as Shutter Island meeting films like Taken. The story which is set in present time is about a man who loses his hearing ability and finds it difficult to search for his wife who goes missing from her hometown house. Followed by the abduction of his wife he starts suspecting on neighbours, his wife’s ex-best friend and her husband. He learns that his wife murdered her parents when she was a teenager. Unable to believe it he starts collecting evidence that would prove her innocent. However searching for his wife with only four senses becomes difficult which makes him behave aggressively. On top of that he feels he is being followed by someone and realizes that both he and his baby are in danger. The neighbourhood people starts questioning his sanity making him feel exceptionally frustrated and depressed. With all the upheaval going around in the town and in his life he loses hope of ever seeing her again.

I believe the riveting suspense in ‘Four Senses’ will appeal to very wide audience. Please let me know if I can send you the script, and thanks for your time and consideration.

I have recreated the classic Jeckyll-Hyde tale in a contemporary hospital psyche ward setting!

Logline: When an aspiring psychiatrist is attacked by his criminally insane patient, he is forced to ingest an unstable psychotic drug that transforms him into an uncontrollable altered-state monster.

Re: Producer/Director looking for screenplay for studio production

Hello producers,

I have a Drama/thriller story that my suit, called Breaking the Ten

Genre - Drama/thriller
Logline/Premise - below
Length - 90 minutes
Country/city/of the story - US or Europe
Number of locations/sets - 1 major location each, about 7 sets.

Logline
When David loses his wife and child in a tragic car accident he decides, in anger at the cruelty of the event, to turn against God.

Breaking the Ten

‘When David loses his wife and child in a tragic car accident he decides, in anger at the cruelty of the event, to turn against God. He sets out to systematically break each of the ten commandments, in order to both spite God and to get his attention! But will god respond? Two mysterious figures, Mr White and Mr Black, try to win David over to their side, the religious or the humanistic. Deeply sad in parts and comical in others, this modern story explores age old questions: Is there a god? And if there is, does he care about us?’

I think Breaking the Ten has strong film potential, as it has a strong clear central idea, on a subject that many are interested in, only 3 main characters and not so much locations. It has comedy and tragedy, light joking moments and moments of moving sadness. This story already exists as a 2 volume comic book, the first volume came out in summer 2016, the second came out in Feb 2018, to very good reviews. And a 90 page screenplay version is already written. I can send this as well as some pages of art for it to give you a better idea.

Best wishes,
Sean Michael Wilson

Re: Producer/Director looking for screenplay for studio production

Hi,
I have a completed screenplay available. It is a contemporary / political thriller that we feel would be suited to treatment as either a feature film or perhaps a two-part TV feature.

My co-writer is a successful author who has also had a number of previous screenplays optioned.

If you would provide me with your email address I would be happy to send over the synopsis and a sample of the screenplay.

I hope to hear from you in due course.

Kind regards,
Mark Dickinson
